Ladden is a general contractor, owner of Pierce Construction Services and a partner in Camera Ready Design. He has worked in all aspects of the construction business for over 25 years. His work experience, vast knowledge and forward thinking gets his projects completed correctly and efficiently. He tackles anywhere from multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects to single room remodels. Ladden is hands on and is ready to jump in and get the job done with his subcontractors and crew. Because of his quick-thinking and being budget-aware, he's been a go-to consultant on a number of renovation shows such as Brother vs Brother, Design Star, Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back, and Catch a Contractor.
